Problems with the video:
Your system must have 'Quicktime 3' (or higher) installed.
The installer can be found in the 'Quicktime' directory.
Please run the 'QuickTimeInstaller.exe' file and restart the program.

Volume:
To vary the sound volume please hit the '1' (very quiet) to '7 '(very loud) buttons on your keyboard.
